We want to make your purchase experience as smooth as possible, so here are a few questions that you may have regarding your purchase on the Atelier Des Ors website.
We currently send our fragrances to France and Europe. We also have the facility to send to the rest of the world, however you must check with the regulations of your country, whether fragrance is possible to be received and what if any import duties are required to be paid. Atelier Des Ors takes no responsibility for these charges.
Worldwide delivery is free.
For France: Postage is with Colissimo standard with signature and may take up to 5 business days.
For Europe: Postage is with Colissimo standard with signature and may take up to 10 business days.
For Rest of the world: Postage is with Colissimo standard with signature and may take up to 30 business days.
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
If your delivery is to France, you will also receive a text message with a link to follow your package.
If you are present on delivery, do not accept the package and inform us immediately on the Returns page.
If it is delivered to you, please contact us on the Returns page of the website with your details.
Contact us immediately on the Returns page of the website with your name, email, order number and the product you wish to return.
We will send you an email with details of your return and the address to send the package to. Please include this in your package. You, the customer will be responsible for the postage for the return.
Please note that we can only accept returns if the fragrance pack is unopened (i.e. the 100ml fragrance box). It is for this reason that we send the same sample of the fragrance purchased with each order so that you can try the fragrance first before opening the pack of the fragrance.
